Unfortunately, Pisenza cannot accept returns on foodstuffs , even though they have not been opened. “Products you purchase through this online store have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.”

If you are dissatisfied with a product or incorrect delivery, you must always keep the product. We may ask you to return the product and, in the event of a justified complaint, we will of course credit the full order amount including shipping costs.
